I want the top bedroom. Actually, I don't even care if it's the best bedroom. It has glass walls looking into the mountains and sky, and apparently you can lie in bed and stargaze. Sold. Telluride Royer Lane is a tiered contemporary glass house in Telluride's dramatic East End, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, panoramic Box Canyon views and architecture that feels completely connected to the setting. Outside, terraces step into the landscape with a grill, dining area, fire pit and cedar hot tub among the aspens. Inside, there's a real gym, yoga and meditation space, dedicated office and six bedrooms. This is much more than a ski house. It's an architectural mountain retreat with enough wellness, work and outdoor space that I'd be equally interested in spending a month here in September.
