Create a Joe’s Account
Creating an account allows
us to securely track your information, save your preferences, and give you access to both past and upcoming reservations, all in one place.
You’re welcome to submit a booking request before or after creating your login. However, to move a reservation forward and complete the required background check, a Joe’s account is required.
Submit a Booking Inquiry
Let us know which property (or properties) you’re interested in for your mid-term stay.
Our stays are a minimum of 30 days. Once submitted, our team will review availability and next steps with you.
Quick & Easy Background Check
To ensure safety and compatibility for our guests, homeowners, and communities, we conduct a background check for all stays.
Once your background check is completed, we’ll review your booking request and either approve or decline it. In some cases, we may reach out beforehand if we have questions or need additional information.
Booking Approval
& Next Steps
If your booking request is approved, you’ll receive a pending confirmation outlining the next steps—including your contract and payment schedule.

Payments are structured as follows:

5% due at booking (50% of this deposit is non-refundable if canceled more than 90 days before check-in)

35% due 90 days before arrival (Non-refundable once paid)

50% due 30 days before arrival (Non-refundable once paid)
