The renovation appears intentional and well executed, with quality finishes and a layout designed for real use. The kitchen is the standout feature. It is modern, clean, and practical, clearly designed for cooking, gathering, and everyday living rather than purely aesthetic appeal. It anchors the home and sets the tone for relaxed, comfortable stays.   Both bedrooms are well proportioned and paired with updated bathrooms, which adds meaningful comfort and privacy for guests. Natural light flows easily through the home, helping it feel open and welcoming rather than compact.   Outdoor space adds to the appeal. The yard provides separation from the street and a pleasant place to spend time outside. The vinyl in-ground pool is functional and on a hot Sonoma afternoon, very enjoyable. It enhances the experience without pretending to be something it is not.   Above all, the walk-to-Plaza location is exceptional. Being able to live steps from Sonoma’s historic heart is a rare and valuable advantage.

Keep in mind

This is a smaller home and is best suited for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Guests seeking expansive interiors or multiple living areas may find the footprint limited, though it is efficiently planned and thoughtfully laid out. The vinyl inground pool is practical rather than luxurious.
