At some point a ski house crosses the line from having a lot of amenities to basically becoming its own private resort. This one crosses it. There are seven bedrooms, including four kings, two queens and a serious bunk room, so the sleeping arrangement works for several families without asking all the adults to compromise. Then you get a theater, game room, gym, sauna, hot tub and ski storage. And you can ski directly from the property. That's the combination that gets me. I don't want a giant mountain house where the amenities are compensating for inconvenient skiing, and I don't necessarily want perfect ski access if the house is ordinary. Here you get both. For a big family trip, I could see everyone finding their own routine pretty quickly without the house ever feeling like twenty people are doing the same thing at once.
