There are big ski houses, and then there are houses where the scale becomes part of the experience. Park City Royal Centennial Circle is firmly in the second category. The great room rises roughly 20 feet, with panoramic glass and a modern Deer Valley palette of oak and mountain materials. The kitchen is appropriately serious too, with Thermador appliances and a butler's pantry. But I think this house really starts making sense once you imagine sixteen people actually living here.
