I like that this is still a proper private home rather than a small condo. You get four bedrooms, five bathrooms, social common space, a bunk-room component and a private hot tub, so the house works for a family or group while still giving you the energy of Park City outside the door. For me, that's a compelling combination: enough space to feel like you've rented a house, but a location that keeps you from living in the car.
