This one surprised me because three bedrooms doesn't tell the whole story. Park City Ridge Drive uses the space unusually well: two king bedrooms plus a bunk room with queen bunks turn it into a legitimate multigenerational Deer Valley base. The interiors lean more rustic-elegant than modern, mixing wood, leather, marble, fur and a substantial stone fireplace, but the painted rafters keep it from feeling too heavy. There's also a private hot tub, mountain views and very convenient access to the Silver Lake side of Deer Valley. For a family that wants ski convenience without renting a giant estate, I think this is a really smart option.

What we love

The queen-bunk room is the feature I'd remember. Bunk rooms are usually treated as kids-only overflow; using queen bunks changes that. It gives older kids, teenagers or even adults far more usable sleeping space. I also like the Silver Lake setting. You're up in Deer Valley's mid-mountain village environment, which gives the house a much stronger ski identity than a generic Park City address. The private hot tub and mountain views reinforce that, and the kitchen and open living area make the residence feel more social than its bedroom count might suggest.

Keep in mind

Parking is limited to two vehicles, and larger SUVs can be a tight fit in the garage. With a full group, I'd coordinate cars rather than assume everyone can bring one. This is also a more compact residence than the big Deer Valley estates. That's part of the appeal for the right family, but it's worth knowing if everyone is expecting separate lounges and oversized common areas.

Work Mode

No dedicated office worth highlighting. There's enough space to handle a call or some email, but the Silver Lake location is the reason to be here.

Getting around

You can do quite a bit without relying on a car every day. Silver Lake Village, Deer Valley lifts and resort dining are nearby, while Historic Main Street is better reached by transit or a short drive. Park City's fare-free transportation helps connect the Deer Valley neighborhoods with town. Deer Valley Resort is the primary mountain and the home is positioned for a short walk to ski access. Remember that Deer Valley is ski-only; snowboarders will want Park City Mountain. In summer and fall, Deer Valley's hiking and mountain-biking terrain gives Silver Lake a strong second season, with Park City's broader trail network and events adding even more to do.
