Holly Frost Chalet is a more compact Canyons home with a clean, contemporary look, vaulted ceilings, mountain views, a fireplace and a private hot tub. The interiors feel current without becoming cold, and the scale works well for a family or smaller group that wants comfortable gathering space without paying for an oversized house they don't need. The private hot tub and fireplace give the house the warmth you'd want after a day outside, while the location makes it a strong base for skiing in winter and hiking or biking in warmer months. I'd look at this as a good fit for people who care more about thoughtful design, comfort and access than having a giant mountain estate. It's a smaller footprint, but that's part of the appeal.
