This house makes a pretty convincing argument for staying a little farther away from the ski lifts. Park City Hidden HI Loop is out in Promontory, where the trade is straightforward: you're giving up walkability and immediate ski access for privacy, space and a completely different kind of house. Here, that trade works. The architecture is sleek and modern, the great room centers around an oversized kitchen island, and downstairs the personality changes completely. There's a wet bar, fireplace, pool and ping-pong table, skee-ball, an arcade game and a bunk room with its own lounge. Add the hot tub outside and this starts feeling less like a house with a game room and more like a family clubhouse. I particularly like the separation. Adults can be upstairs having dinner while the kids take over downstairs, and neither group feels like they've been relegated to the leftover space.
