I like having a few houses in the portfolio that aren't trying to win an arms race. Park City Gilt Edge Drive is a smaller, more traditional Deer Valley chalet. Three bedrooms, a loft, warm mountain interiors and a Snow Park location give it a much more intimate personality than the giant estates elsewhere in the portfolio. Then there's the detail I didn't expect: the private hot tub is indoors. That's quirky enough that I'd probably remember it long after forgetting which house had the largest kitchen island. The loft also gives a family some useful extra breathing room without turning the property into a huge house. For a smaller group that wants Deer Valley and Park City nearby, there's something very appealing about having exactly the amount of house you need and not much more.
