One of my first questions with a six-bedroom ski house is how many of those bedrooms I'd actually want as an adult. Here, the answer is four king rooms, and that immediately changes how I think about the house. Park City Antlers Centennial Circle is a contemporary Deer Valley mountain home, but it hasn't gone so modern that it loses the warmth I want in the mountains. High ceilings, big windows and a substantial stone fireplace give the main living space the scale you'd expect, while the mountain setting keeps the house connected to Deer Valley rather than feeling like a suburban house that happens to be near skiing. There's also a private hot tub and convenient ski access, but I think the real strength is how comfortably this house accommodates a serious group. Four kings, another queen room and a bunk room mean adults get real bedrooms while kids still get a space that feels made for them.

What we love

I keep coming back to the bedroom configuration because it's rare. Large ski houses can advertise huge guest counts while quietly putting half the adults in compromised rooms. This one doesn't. The great room also feels appropriately substantial for the number of people the house can accommodate. That's important. I don't care how many people a house technically sleeps if there isn't somewhere comfortable for everyone to be together once they're awake. Then there's the Deer Valley setting. The hot tub makes more sense here because you're actually surrounded by the mountain environment, and the ability to reach skiing without building the morning around a long drive is a meaningful luxury. The overall look works for me too: contemporary enough to feel polished, but still warm enough to feel like a mountain house rather than a showroom.

Keep in mind

This isn't the Park City house I'd choose if walking to Main Street restaurants every night were the priority. You're up in the Deer Valley environment, so Historic Main Street is something you'll reach by transit, shuttle or car rather than casually walking out the door. Also remember that Deer Valley is ski-only. If snowboarders are part of your group, Park City Mountain becomes the better mountain for them.

Work Mode

There's plenty of house to find a quiet corner when you need it, but there's no dedicated office that changes my opinion of the property. I'd consider work possible here, just not part of the reason to choose it.

The brag

I like contemporary mountain architecture when it still has warmth. The big windows, stone and high ceilings work together here, and the house feels current without trying to erase its mountain-house DNA.

Four king bedrooms. That's my brag. When you're traveling with several couples, I like a house where most of the adults get a legitimate grown-up bedroom rather than drawing straws for one or two good rooms.

This feels like a real big-group Deer Valley house, not simply a large house with a lot of beds.

Getting around

You don't need to drive for every part of the stay, but I'd still want a car or plan on using Park City's transportation network. The Deer Valley resort environment and ski access are close, while Historic Main Street with Park City's deeper collection of restaurants, bars, galleries and shops is a transit or drive trip. Park City's fare-free transit is genuinely useful for connecting the resort neighborhoods with town. For winter, Deer Valley Resort is the primary mountain and the house is positioned for a short walk to ski access. Park City Mountain is the major alternative and allows both skiers and snowboarders. In summer and fall, Deer Valley and the surrounding Park City trail network become excellent hiking and mountain-biking territory, making the location much more than a winter-only proposition.

We'd recommend this especially for several families or a group of couples traveling together. The Deer Valley location matters, but the unusually adult-friendly bedroom configuration may be what I'd appreciate most after a week here.
