Kraft Ave might be the sleeper in this batch. At first glance it's a polished new-construction Studio City house: six bedrooms, seven baths, pool and spa, theater, office, good kitchen. Then you learn that it's brand new, built in 2025, has a detached one-bedroom guest house, and sits close enough to Tujunga Village that restaurants, cafés and everyday neighborhood life can become part of the stay. Suddenly the story gets much more interesting. This isn't another giant Valley property where every outing starts with fifteen minutes in the car. Kraft gives you the space of a proper family house and one of Studio City's most appealing neighborhood pockets nearby. For somebody actually living in Los Angeles for a month rather than vacationing for a weekend, that's a very attractive combination.

What we love

The detached guest house is immediately useful. One bedroom, one bathroom and enough separation to work for grandparents, a nanny, visiting friends or a private studio/office. Inside the main house, the layout includes a second-story family room, walk-in pantry and six bedrooms overall, while the heated pool and spa give the backyard its own daily rhythm. But location is what elevates Kraft. Tujunga Village is one of those small LA pockets that can make a neighborhood feel like a neighborhood, with cafés, restaurants and shops close enough to become regular stops rather than planned excursions. You can grab coffee, pick up groceries or head out for a bite without automatically reaching for the car. That's a surprisingly nice luxury in Los Angeles.

Keep in mind

This is new construction, so travelers seeking architectural history or old-Hollywood character won't find that story here. The payoff is the opposite: new systems, modern planning and a house designed around contemporary family life.

Work Mode

The guest house is the obvious secret weapon. Use it for guests when you need it, or turn it into an office where the commute is approximately thirty seconds.

Getting around

Tujunga Village and its cafés, restaurants and shops are close by, and Studio City's Ventura Boulevard corridor expands the options quickly. Universal Studios and the Hollywood studios are also nearby by car. This is one of the Valley homes where we'd actually encourage guests to explore what they can reach on foot rather than assuming every outing requires driving.
