Three bedrooms. Four bathrooms. Six people. I like those numbers. Mountain Village Sunny Ridge Place Overlook is a polished See Forever residence that makes sense for three couples just as easily as it does for a family. The private deck and broad mountain outlook are the reason I'd remember it, but the location matters too. You're close enough to Mountain Village and the gondola that the destination remains easy to use, without having to stay directly over a busy village plaza. This isn't one of the portfolio's giant entertainment houses. It's calmer than that. And for six people spending a month in Telluride, calm might be exactly what you're looking for.

What we love

The private deck and mountain views. With a smaller residence, a good outdoor space makes a noticeable difference. It gives you another place to sit with coffee, read or have a glass of wine while the mountains do their thing. I also like having four bathrooms for three bedrooms. Nobody is fighting over bathroom time here.

Keep in mind

We wouldn't call this direct ski-in/ski-out. The See Forever location gives you good Mountain Village access, but ski logistics should be handled through the appropriate shuttle, lift or gondola connection rather than assuming you can step directly onto a run.

Work Mode

Comfortable for occasional work, but this is more about views, location and an easy small-group stay.

Getting around

Telluride Ski Resort is your mountain. Mountain Village Core, restaurants, shops and the free gondola are nearby, but we'd use shuttle or transportation where appropriate rather than describing the residence as direct ski-in/ski-out. Summer brings hiking, mountain biking, golf, festivals and scenic gondola access throughout Mountain Village and Telluride.
