I love the idea that in summer you can sit on your own balcony and watch a concert happening in Sunset Plaza below. That's a pretty good penthouse perk. Mountain Village Country Club Drive Plaza sits directly over the heart of Mountain Village, with four bedrooms, polished interiors and balconies that turn village life into part of the view. In winter, the story becomes skiing and convenience. You have direct slopeside access and Mountain Village outside. In summer, the same location shifts toward concerts, hiking, biking and village events. Inside, the layout is especially good for two families: two king bedrooms, a queen and a twin/trundle room. This is one of those properties where I wouldn't want more privacy. Being above the action is exactly the point.
