This is a penthouse where I'd spend less time talking about what's inside and more time talking about what you can do once you walk outside. Mountain Village Boulevard Retreat is a three-bedroom residence with Wilson views and a location that puts the gondola, village shops and hiking within practical walking reach. That's a very different Telluride experience from the big residential estates. You don't need to organize the group every time somebody wants coffee. You don't need a transportation strategy for dinner. And the gondola gives you an easy connection into Telluride town. Inside, it's polished and comfortable, but intentionally not overloaded with private amenity rooms. I think that's fine. The amenity is Mountain Village itself.
