Small house. Very good bathrooms. I'm perfectly fine with that trade. Mountain Village Boulevard Peak is a compact two-bedroom residence for six in Mountain Village Core, with a king primary, a second bedroom with two queens and mountain views from the balcony. Then somebody put a jetted tub in the primary bath and a steam shower in the other bathroom. Now the little condo has some attitude. This isn't where I'd bring three families. It's where I'd come with my family or another couple when the plan is to ski, eat out and use Mountain Village rather than spend the month wandering around an enormous house. Restaurants, shops and the gondola are close. The footprint is modest. The destination is enormous.

What we love

I love how right-sized this feels. The kitchen, dining and living areas are all connected, and the balcony looks over Mountain Village and the slopes. There's also a private ski locker, which is exactly the sort of practical amenity I care about in a ski condo. And the bathroom setup punches well above the size of the residence.

Keep in mind

There's only one parking space, and this is a compact two-bedroom residence rather than a private estate. Nearby construction or showings may also occasionally affect the immediate setting.

Work Mode

Fine for occasional work, but there isn't a dedicated office I'd choose the property for.

Getting around

This can be a largely car-light stay. Mountain Village plazas, restaurants and shops are within useful walking distance, with the free gondola connecting you to Telluride town. Telluride Ski Resort lifts are nearby, although we wouldn't call this direct ski-in/ski-out without a property-specific route. Hiking, mountain biking, golf, village events and scenic gondola rides make the location equally useful outside winter.
