If these walls could talk, Miami Beach Venetian Drive Villa might have some of the better stories in Miami. I would spend a ridiculous amount of time on this patio. It's huge, there's an outdoor fireplace and an eight-person hot tub, and the views stretch toward Wilson Peak and the golf course. That's a lot of outdoor living for a three-bedroom residence. Inside, the architecture goes more traditional mountain, with stone, wood, exposed beams and substantial fireplaces. The kitchen is equally serious, with a breakfast nook and a live-edge walnut dining table giving the main living area some real character. But I'd keep coming back to the patio. A lot of mountain residences have balconies that are essentially viewing platforms. This feels like an actual outdoor room, somewhere you could spend an afternoon in summer or gather after skiing in winter. For only three bedrooms, the house lives much bigger than I expected.
