This is one of those houses where I'd be perfectly happy if the weather gave us an excuse to stay home for a day. Heber Deer Hollow Court sits in Deer Crest with big mountain views, multiple decks and the scale you'd expect from a six-bedroom, ten-bath estate. The hot tub takes advantage of the setting, and the main gathering spaces are large enough to handle a serious group comfortably. But the two features that get my attention are inside: a dedicated theater and a gym. Those aren't filler amenities for us. Joe R. loves a great movie setup, and both of us appreciate a house where getting a workout doesn't require driving into town. Put those together with the decks, views and hot tub and the home starts functioning like its own private mountain club. It's polished and substantial, but the amenities are practical enough that I can imagine actually using them throughout a month-long stay.
