This unapologetically Victorian grande dame sits just a few blocks from downtown Geyserville and wears her history proudly. Formerly a bed and breakfast, this expansive eight-bedroom estate was built for gathering: big families, multi-generational trips, milestone celebrations, and groups that want to live under one dramatic roof. From the moment you step through the front door, you’re transported to another era: richly patterned wallpapers, antique furnishings, dark and moody color palettes, and layers of texture that feel authentic, not themed. Outside, the grounds open up into what feels like a private resort, lush landscaping, one of the prettiest pools we’ve seen in Wine Country, and generous outdoor spaces designed for lingering afternoons and long conversations. This is a home with presence, personality, and a point of view.

What we love

This house commits. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (a huge win for large groups), and each space leans fully into the Victorian spirit—ornate details, historical wallpapers, and an unmistakable sense of time and place. It feels personal, collected, and soulful, not staged. The scale is another standout. The kitchen is large and functional, clearly designed for feeding a crowd, and the home flows easily between indoor and outdoor living. The pool is a true showpiece, beautifully set, surrounded by chaise lounges, and paired with a game room at the back that adds to the estate-style feel. There’s even a small demonstration vineyard with a large outdoor table, perfect for communal dinners or celebratory toasts. Location seals the deal. You’re just a short walk from downtown Geyserville, with easy access to wine tastings, shops, and standouts like Diavola Pizzeria & Salumeria and the Michelin-starred Cyrus. It’s rare to find a property of this size that still lets you park the car and wander.

Keep in mind

This is a historic home, likely dating back to the late 1800s or early 1900s, and it shows in the best and most honest ways. Floors are a bit uneven, there’s visible wear and tear, and some bathrooms are delightfully quirky, with sinks located in bedrooms rather than fully enclosed baths. Getting around

Located just a few blocks from downtown Geyserville, you can easily walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, and local favorites. Healdsburg and Dry Creek Valley wineries are a short drive away. A car is helpful, but not always necessary.
