What we love

One of our favorite things about Breckenridge High Point Drive is how effortlessly it balances privacy with convenience. Surrounded by towering evergreens, the home feels wonderfully removed from the pace of town, yet Breckenridge's shops, restaurants, ski lifts and trails are only minutes away. You can spend the day exploring and still be back in time to watch the sun disappear behind the mountains from the hot tub. Inside, the home has the warmth and character you'd hope to find in a classic Colorado mountain lodge. Vaulted ceilings, natural wood, a beautiful stone fireplace and generous gathering spaces create an atmosphere that encourages everyone to spend time together while still giving each person room to find their own quiet corner. This is a home that was made for lingering. Long breakfasts that somehow become lunch. Family game nights that stretch later than planned. Snowy evenings by the fire with a favorite bottle of wine. It's easy to imagine spending a month here and wondering where the time went.

Keep in mind

Breckenridge High Point Drive feels wonderfully tucked away, and that's part of its charm. We do recommend having an all-terrain vehicle, especially during the winter months, so you can easily navigate the gravel driveway and enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer.
