There's a movie theater downstairs. Joe R. is done. We can move on. Beaver Creek Avondale Lane is a four-bedroom village residence for up to ten that leans hard into making a family ski trip easy. You're in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-out access via Elkhorn, an outdoor pool and hot tub, breakfast downstairs and that onsite theater. The bedroom layout tells you exactly who this house is for. There's a king primary, another adult bedroom, a twin room and a bunk-style den with four twins. This isn't four couples pretending everyone got an equal room. It's a family house. And I like that it owns that. The adults get their spaces. The kids get theirs. Then everybody gets Beaver Creek Village outside. For a ski trip with children, that makes a lot more sense than another giant house on a remote mountain road.

What we love

The movie theater is a terrific amenity, especially with kids. Not a television in a game room. An actual onsite theater. The outdoor pool and hot tub add another layer, and breakfast downstairs is one of those little conveniences that becomes disproportionately valuable when you're trying to get a family onto the mountain in the morning. And then there's the location. Beaver Creek Village is right there.

Keep in mind

The bedroom configuration skews heavily toward families and children, so we wouldn't recommend this as an equivalent four-couple setup. Parking is also limited to two vehicles.

Work Mode

Possible, but this is much more clearly designed around family vacation time than working remotely.

Getting around

You can be largely car-free here. Beaver Creek Village restaurants, shops, ice skating and lifts are within easy reach, and ski-out access connects you to Beaver Creek Resort. Outside winter, hiking, biking, village events and mountain activities keep Beaver Creek very active.
