That's what I'd come for. The residence has polished Bachelor Gulch styling, four bedrooms and four bathrooms for ten, and access to shared lodge amenities including a hot tub. But the mountain setting is really the amenity. In winter, you're in the Bachelor Gulch side of Beaver Creek's ski world. In summer, the same terrain becomes hiking country. This feels like a good choice for the family that wants the ease of a lodge residence but doesn't want to stay in the middle of a busy village. You trade some independence for resort ease. Here, I think that trade makes sense.
