What I like here is that this feels like a house for a ski trip, rather than somewhere designed primarily to maximize the number of people it can sleep. It's modern and clean-lined, with a contemporary mountain personality, but the layout is really what interests me. Five bedrooms are backed up by six bathrooms, there's a separate game room, and the private hot tub gives the group another place to land at the end of the day. That combination matters with two families traveling together. You have the main gathering space when everyone wants to be together, a game room when part of the group wants something else, and enough bathrooms that mornings don't become the least enjoyable part of the vacation. You're also on the Canyons side of Park City, which gives the house a strong four-season identity. Skiing drives the winter story, but hiking and mountain biking make the location equally understandable once the snow disappears.
