I'd be outside by the fire. Avon Thomas Place Sanctuary has a heated patio with a fire table overlooking Beaver Creek Plaza, and that's one of those features that completely changes how I'd use the house. You're not looking at Beaver Creek Village from a distance. You're sitting above it. Inside, this is a three-bedroom, four-bath residence for ten with floor-to-ceiling mountain and village views, a large kitchen island, stone fireplace and dedicated media room. Then there's the ski setup: true ski-in/ski-out access, a private ski entrance, lockers and boot heaters. That combination is hard to beat. You can ski directly into the Beaver Creek experience, come home, get out of your gear and then walk right back into the village for dinner. Or stay home, light the fire table and watch everything happening below. I'd probably do a little of both.
