Joe is the reason we’re here! After starting his career in investment banking and corporate strategy roles, he co-founded a tech services firm called FedGeek in 2012. He has successfully scaled the company to more than 200 employees. As president and co-founder, he wore many hats, from finance to operations to corporate strategy, and helped build a strong corporate infrastructure that has carried the company through its latest growth phase. This has afforded him the flexibility to indulge his passion and side hustle: real estate.

Joe is from a small town in Maryland, but always knew he wanted more. He loved exploring other places, learning from others, and expanding his horizons one place at a time. After the pandemic, he suddenly started working from home and had the flexibility to live and work from anywhere, which opened up a whole new world. But he didn't want to hop around to a new place every week; he wanted to take a few months to enjoy every place truly. The Joes were born from his need for a place to shop for the mid-term luxury rentals he was frequently using and to list his real estate assets.
